There's only one engine in the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, and it's a good one: a proven 3.6 liter Pentastar V6. It's economical, but still powerful enough to tow 3,500 pounds. While it can handle a gas/ethanol mix, be aware that fuel economy will take a significant hit (a phenomenon that's not limited to this vehicle).

Style choices are limited, and you won't find a laundry list of amenities. What's there is very useful (you'll love the Stow-n-Go Seating, and power features on the top-end SXT trim). The Dodge Grand Caravan is great for active families, since the interior is nice enough, but not so nice that you'll cringe when you're driving home half a Pop Warner team after practice.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan Special Features

There are only three trim levels on offer here. The SE trim is bare-bones, the SXT loaded with comfort features like power liftgate and side doors, second-row bucket seats, and a longer list of optional features, while the SE Plus trim offers a nice balance between the two. One thing you won't find is Apple CarPlay™ or Android Auto™, though the UConnect system does a good job of smartphone mirroring on its own terms.
