The 2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is just that, a Hellcat. Therefore, under the hood is Dodge's exhilarating 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8. This provides drivers with a heart-pounding 710 horsepower and 645 lb-ft of torque. The Hellcat's 2.38-liter twin-screw supercharger delivers a boost pressure of up to 11.6 pounds per square inch and is capable of a maximum speed of 14,600 RPM. The twin-screw rotors are set close to each other to minimize air leakage to maximize performance. Cold air is provided to the engine by an air scoop on the lower front fascia and a functional hood scoop, which also gives the Durango Hellcat Dodge's distinctive muscle car style. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and offers a manual mode with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Meanwhile, all-wheel drive is standard equipment for the Durango Hellcat.
