All engines are paired with a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, while the SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat come with steering wheel paddle shifters for a more commanding driving experience. While rear-wheel drive is standard equipment, all Durango trims are eligible for all-wheel drive. However, all-wheel drive comes standard with the SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat.

 The 2024 Dodge Durango comes out of the factory with an array of standard and available features that make it impressive. Standard equipment for the exterior includes 18-inch Tech Silver alloy wheels, heated/power-adjustable side mirrors, LED headlights, LED taillights, and bright roof rails. The AlcHEMI is available in Diamond Black, Destroyer Gray, White Knuckle, and Vapor Gray. No matter the body color, the special edition features two black honeycomb-textured stripes accented by a yellow border. The vehicle's Brembo high-performance brakes feature yellow calipers behind Black forged SRT alloy wheels, continuing the yellow-on-black theme. Replacing the red '392' badge on the front fenders is a Satin Black one with a yellow outline. In addition to the standard features of the Durango SRT 392, the AlcHEMI's interior features yellow and silver accent stitching on the black leather-trimmed seats with suede inserts, a yellow and silver stitched '392' logo on the seatbacks, a leather and suede steering wheel with an LED-illuminated SRT logo, and forged carbon fiber interior accents.
