Infotainment systems come in so many cars these days, and here at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM we think that's pretty fantastic! We're especially enamored with the incredible Uconnect® infotainment systems you'll find in the vehicles we offer in our Jeep® inventory here at our Houston and Sugar Land-area Jeep dealership, such as the 2015 Jeep Cherokee. And now we hear Uconnect will come with some great new functions and features and even better performance for the 2016 model year.

For 2016 Uconnect systems equipped with 8.4-inch display screens, there's a new Drag and Drop feature for the menu bar that allows you to customize and personalize its functionality to best suit your preferences. It allows one-button access to the features you prefer and use most often, such as seat heating and cooling functions, travel information, or access to social media sites. It also adds access to Siri Eyes Free for access to many of the voice operated features and functions available to Apple iPhone owners, such as making phone calls or scheduling reminders, sending messages, or accessing music. Uconnect also includes a Do Not Disturb feature for 2016 which can help prevent incoming phone calls or text messages from interrupting you while you drive. It can send calls directly to voicemail and suppress or send an automated response to text messages. Another cool new feature is SiriusXM Tune Start, which can start a song from the beginning when you change stations, so you won't miss a moment of the songs you love.

We love offering amazing Jeep vehicles such as the 2015 Jeep Cherokee available in our Jeep inventory here at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, especially equipped with such cool Uconnect infotainment systems! And now there are some great new features on the way for 2016! The new features will be included in Uconnect systems such as the Uconnect 8.4AN system available in the current 2015 Jeep Cherokee model at our Jeep dealership near Sugar Land and Houston. Be sure to stop by to learn more about the great new features for 2016!
