According to FCA US LLC, the Jeep vehicles we know and love here at Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM posted record sales during October 2015. The 2016 Jeep Cherokee is one of our favorite SUVs here at our Jeep dealership near Sugar Land, and it recorded sales of 17,673 vehicles during October 2015 for a gain of 12 percent compared to the same month last year. It was also the model's best ever October monthly sales performance. Additionally, the 2016 Jeep Cherokee helped Jeep post a record 33 percent sales gain and their 25th month in a row of gains.
And not only did the 2016 Jeep Cherokee help lead Jeep to record sales gains, it helped propel parent company FCA US LLC to another sales record, gaining 15 percent compared to last year on sales of 195,545 vehicles. According to Reid Bigland, FCA US LLC Head of U.S. Sales, "October marks our 67th-consecutive month of year-over-year sales growth and our best October since 2001... Last month's sales strength continued to be broad based for the company with eight FCA vehicles setting October sales records across three of our brands."
