At Gillman Chrysler Jeep® Dodge RAM, we are committed to helping the local Houston community in any way we can. We believe that every person should be treated with respect and compassion, which is why people become our lifelong customers. A major part of fulfilling this philosophy is finding ways to give back and support the community that we care so much about. This holiday season, we are excited to announce that we are holding a food donation drive called #StuffTheWrangler at our Houston, TX Chrysler dealership to benefit Braes Interfaith Ministries.
Braes Interfaith Ministries is a non-profit organization of Judeo-Christian ministries comprised of twelve congregations in the Greater Houston area. They state their mission is to “provide physical, spiritual, and emotional assistance” to persons in need. Founded in 1986, they offer their services to those less fortunate, including a food pantry, school supplies, and a consignment shop that puts all proceeds towards the organization. Braes Interfaith Ministries now serves over 16,000 individuals a year and has more than 100 volunteers, so it’s easy to see why we believe in helping with this cause.
Participating in our food drive is as simple as stopping by our new car showroom with as many non-perishable goods as you can part with and stuffing them inside our special food drive Jeep Wrangler. We are accepting donations through Friday, December 23rd, so hurry over to our new and used car dealership!
We want to fill up the Jeep Wrangler as close to the brim as possible to help hungry folks in the Houston, TX area! There are still a few more days to participate and make the difference in someone’s life.
